6:00 PM - 7:00 PM    Gentle Yoga Flow - Gentle Yoga
A gentle yoga class for all levels. The class will be performed at a slower pace with less intense positions. It will include yogic breath work and relaxation. Participants should bring their own mat and blocks if required.Drop ins welcome $15.00 a classThis program needs 4 or more participants to run.

Music Together is a music and movement class for children aged birth to five years old. Music is learned through singing, movement, play, and discovery. Tuition includes a professionally produced song book with access to online music downloads and a CD of the matching song collection.
