This class focuses on compound movements and targeted exercises utilizing dumbbells to challenge every major muscle group.Total Body SculptThe workout class combines strength and control in a balanced, energizing session. Using dumbbells, participants will build muscle and improve overall fitness through effective weight training exercises, while Pilate's-inspired core work will focus on stability, posture, and deep abdominal strength. The class is designed to be accessible, challenging, and refreshing, giving students a full-body workout that develops both power and control. Drop-ins are welcome for $15 each day they come

The Sterling Senior Center runs this Monday & Wednesdays starting June 3rd to end of summer, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm on the West Sterling Tennis Courts. In order to participate you have to fill out their waiver. You can either fill it out day of at the courts or go to the Senior Center and ask for their waiver in person. Y.A.H.O.O. - Y.A.H.O.O. Young Adults Helping Out Others is a volunteer organization that serves the senior citizens in Sterling through raking and minor yard work in the fall and spring. This is an excellent opportunity for students to give back to their town, learn the value of volunteerism and experience being a part of something bigger than themselves!
This program also relies on parent volunteers!

Mini Multi Sports - Pre-K Mini Sports This program is a combination of warm-up games and sports such as soccer, kickball, and t-ball. It will ease children into learning the basics of all these great games as well as teaching them the importance of team work! Each class F.A.S.T. Athletics will have new and exciting games planned for students.
All registrations received less than 1 week prior to the start of the program will be charged a $10 late fee

Our curriculum teaches kids to think strategically, solve problems, and show good sportsmanship—all while having fun.
