This class focuses on compound movements and targeted exercises utilizing dumbbells to challenge every major muscle group.Total Body SculptThe workout class combines strength and control in a balanced, energizing session. Using dumbbells, participants will build muscle and improve overall fitness through effective weight training exercises, while Pilate's-inspired core work will focus on stability, posture, and deep abdominal strength. The class is designed to be accessible, challenging, and refreshing, giving students a full-body workout that develops both power and control.  Drop-ins are welcome for $15 each day they come

A gentle yoga class for all levels. The class will be performed at a slower pace with less intense positions. It will include yogic breath work and relaxation. This program is a combination of warm-up games and sports such as soccer, kickball, and t-ball. It will ease children into learning the basics of all these great games as well as teaching them the importance of team work! Each class F.A.S.T. Athletics will have new and exciting  games planned for students. All registrations received less than 1 week prior to the start of the program will be charged a $10 late fee

Sculpt and SweatSculpt and strengthen your entire body with this dynamic dumbbell workout! This class focuses on compound movements and targeted exercises utilizing dumbbells to challenge every major muscle group.Total Body SculptThe workout class combines strength and control in a balanced, energizing session. Using dumbbells, participants will build muscle and improve overall fitness through effective weight training exercises, while Pilate's-inspired core work will focus on stability, posture, and deep abdominal strength. The class is designed to be accessible, challenging, and refreshing, giving students a full-body workout that develops both power and control.  Drop-ins are welcome for $15 each day they come
