Breathe deeply, move expansively, and experience the beauty of summer mornings at the beach! We will do a slow flow and some deep stretches while listening to the sounds of nature around us and our own heartbeat within.
Suitable for all ages and abilities. In the event of inclement weather, the program will be moved to the 1835 Old Town Hall. Instructor Beth Bayley is a certified Yoga Instructor.
