New Heights Basketball Academy (Gr. 2 - 9) Get ready for an exciting week of basketball, skill-building, and nonstop fun! This co-ed summer basketball camp is open to boys and girls entering grades 2–9 and is designed for players of all skill levels — from beginners learning the fundamentals to experienced players preparing for the upcoming season. Now entering its 15th year, New Heights Basketball Camp has become a summer tradition for many local families, with campers returning year after year for the outstanding instruction, positive atmosphere, and unforgettable experience.Throughout the week, campers will participate in high-energy drills, competitive games, and fun contests that focus on improving basketball fundamentals, building confidence, and developing a deeper understanding of the game. Players will also strengthen important life skills such as teamwork, leadership, communication, and sportsmanship while creating lasting friendships in a supportive and energetic environment.The camp is led by Brad Clark and Mike Lynch, along with a talented staff of local coaches and standout student-athletes who are passionate about teaching the game and creating a memorable experience for every camper.Whether you’re looking to improve your skills, compete with friends, or simply enjoy the game of basketball, New Heights Basketball Camp offers something for everyone. For over 30 years, Sterling Sports Adventure has been a beloved summer tradition in the town of Sterling, originally founded and led by Susan and Tom Lauder. Now continuing that exciting legacy, this action-packed 4-day camp offers an unforgettable experience filled with sports, teamwork, and nonstop fun for children entering grades 1–8!Campers will enjoy a wide variety of team sports, lifetime activities, and adventure games in a fun, positive, and energetic environment. Participants will have the opportunity to learn, play, and compete in activities including basketball, volleyball, softball, soccer, tennis, floor hockey, pickleball, wiffleball, badminton, dodgeball, and much more!Whether your child is trying a new sport for the first time or already loves to compete, Sterling Sports Adventure is designed for all skill levels and focuses on sportsmanship, teamwork, skill development, and having a blast with friends old and new.The camp is presented by Brad Clark, Chocksett Middle School Physical Education Teacher, and Mike Lynch, Leicester High School Athletic Director, along with additional staff dedicated to creating a safe, active, and memorable summer experience.Campers should wear shorts, T-shirts, and sneakers each day, and bring sunscreen, a water bottle, and a packed lunch.
